How to use this resource
- Display the activity on your whiteboard for a whole class approach or print for pupils to work independently.
- Ask pupils to complete the activity in groups of 3-4. Each group could have one card to discuss, or the full set.
- Encourage groups to feedback to the class.
Looking at the stages of a plant’s life cycle can help us identify the season; through new plants emerging from the ground, flower buds appearing and opening, seeds and fruits growing or leaves changing colour and falling to the ground.
