Background

I’m sure we all know that bees pollinate flowers, but what about other animals? And how do the pollinators know to visit these flowers?

Once a flower has been pollinated, seeds will grow. If you’ve ever seen a dandelion seed blowing in the breeze you’ll know that seeds travel far and wide! But how, and why?

Discover how flowers are adapted to attract animals to pollinate them and how seeds are adapted to spread far away from their parent plant.
